I am not going to go into the problems I have had with Wanadoo over the last 8 months! That company singlehandedly made me hate the UK due to complete incompetence in customer service. I now hate everyone and I have massive phone bills to top it all off after having spent years on the phone to them.
In other news, i thought it was quite funny to see a Rotherham call centre worker to air his views and asking people to stop moaning and whining as its not Wanadoos fault! Have a look on Grumbletext posted 27/03 and search for Wanadoo. I didnt want to copy it on her just in case there were any litigious types who would shout at me.
You can decide whether he is speaking for the Company - but it gives me more reason to hate them.

Hating customer service i would understand, but hating the UK? Thats a hell of a generalisation there..
As for the Grumbletext post, looked at that, and it's just someone else posting, since the moderator edited the post, we can't draw any reliable conclusion from it, comparitively to the original post.. :-/
Employee's aren't authorised normally to make any kind of "official" postings, unless an authority actually would say so, and this would be noted in the post. The liklihood of this however is low, and I doubt they'd register an account and hide, to defend themselves. They'd make it known they are posting in an official correspondant position i suspect...
