I phoned Orange twice tonight so i could finally get my promised free calls setup. The first time we were told to unplug it etc...wait 15 minutes blah blah and it would work (although it didnt) so i phoned again and after spending around 10 minutes i got put through to then transferred to the technical department or something... Some indian guy came on and started talking a lot of techncial crap about 'dock ports' or something (what the hell is that?) and after around 20 minutes whilst in the middle of taking me through steps, he told me to press connect in the configuration pages and when it wouldn't work he simply interuppted and said he has to leave now ??!! and said he would phone me back tomorrow...
