I'm currently using USB modem to connect but since the weekend when everything was fine I keep losing the connection.
The connection seems to stay for about 2-3 minutes each time.

I haven't installed anything or changed any settings. Has anybody else been having these problems and managed to resolve it before I spend the coming weekend on the phone to their support team?

Ok main things to know to start with.

What happens to the modem lights when you lose connection?
Are there any error messages, either when it disconnects or when you try to reconnect?
