Has anyone been able to upload to a web page on MySite using the FireFTP tool on Firefox 2.0.0.1 ?
If so, can you please give me an idea of the settings to use ? I am getting some form of connection but it won't display the files already on the site (which I created using Orange's FTP Mysite).
Your user name was actually correct before. However, the server address is not uploads.webspace.freeserve.net, as it is for the Energis space. From the link above:
"If you use FTP My Site the FTP server address is sitebuilder.orange.co.uk."

So that'll be your problem.
Thanks for that.
I've made the substitution but there is still an error:
--
Unable to make a data connection. Please try again.
501 Invalid number of arguments.
425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused

Here's an extract from the log:

Switching to passive mode stops the error messages, but the system seems to time out when trying to list the files at the remote site (ie LIST -al), therfore I supect I am trying to access the wrong folder on the server.
I really need someone who has performed this operation successfully to indicate the form of the PATH I should enter into the Remote (connection) field - which the FireFTP Tool outputs as a CWD instruction.
