Hello, i signed up to switch broadband from onetel to Orange 8mb so a 9 days ago i get MAC code and give it to Orange then i recieve the email saying it can take up till ten days to get switched over but thats the last i've heard , no livebox no more emails nothing so is this normal or do i have a problem? Can anybody tell me what should happen next.
The livebox pack is supposed to arrive after roughly 10 days if all goes ok. At this point it might be worth calling and they should be able to say if that's been despatched yet and a rough idea of when the transfer should be done.
