What is this LLU thing all about man
they dont tell you what is wrong the dates or when yoy get yor connection will be on, they have this crazy system, they make you a new excuse everyday, and they also wnat to be payed, b******
They are putting their hardware into local exchanges, or using available hardware to attempt to provide customers with higer speeds.
Not always sucessful, and dependent on a group of factors.
They don't give dates as they don't usually get dates from BT, and they do continue requesting payment as the bulling system won't allow any other way. you can request a downtime reimbursement if the work took too long or was done without warning, but it has to be over.. 48 hours i believe.
If it's BT, and not the ISP's fault, it's unlikely you will get anything beyond a gesture of goodwill. If it's wanadoo's fault, then thats different.
