It would seem Orange is not willing to accept it's customers word that they have serious problems with Local Loop Unbundling (LLU). If enough of us complain directly to Watchdog maybe they will take the case up for us and get some answers from Orange?

I suggest mentioning this site in your complaint so that they can check up for themselves... It seems that someone makes a new query everyday about slow speeds after their exchange is unbundled... The worrying thing is that the majority of end users wouldn't even think of testing their connection so I'm sure even more people are suffering at the hands of Orange!
