First my Orange broadband stops working and my phone makes noises like a radio with a poor reception. So I 'phoned Orange helpline. Spoke to someone who (sounding totally disinterested) said their system was okay. The problem was the BT line. Spoke to BT and a very helpful person first checked the line and said it was okay. Then told me the problem was probably an ASDL filter (spliter) that had become defective. Went through changing them and BT was right. Should not Orange helpline have suggested this?
