I know i live in the wilds of Devon,but so does my neighbour.He seems to get a great service from BT,where I cant seem to get what Im paying for from Orange.
Their customer services is appalling,you just go around in a big circle.They really could not give a toss about customers,and I know because Im one of them.Ive spoken to 63 people now,everywhere from Rotherham to Mumbai,and not one of them can help me to get what Im paying for.In fact my last rubbish letter from them proclaimed that "We rely on customers getting in touch with us to sort out any problems" Laugh.....I nearly choked on my sandwich.
Having made the decision to leave them,Im now being held to ransom over the MAC code.We will send it sir,we will e-mail it,we have already sent it, etc etc.Well ANDREW (No 63) its not arrived yet,and so the next course of action will be cancelling my direct debit and DEMANDING my money back for a service you have utterly failed to provide.
Thanks for providing this platform.Its not that often that Ive come across a company with such a high profile as Orange that is actually trading as if its a cowboy plumber.....complete with the p*****g in the sink of its customers.
