so it starts like this,
sunday1st april working great
monday 2nd no tinternet
gave it 24 hours just in case
tuesday rang Orange, they say you have a upgrade and it wil be done for saturday, they will confirm on thursday, um
thursday get a call it will be up for saturday by 10 midnight,
sunday still nothing, ring customer support again, the line has failed please ring back on tuesday, after asking why i can not go back to old way they say no, please ring back on the 12th, so i ring back told and guess what tplease ring back monday next week, after trying to explain that i am paying for somthing i can not use they tell me i am not paying for it (daft when i pay £30 amonth for my phone to get free tinternet, and thats not paying for it starnge i know, aske dif i can close my total account and told i would have to pay off the line rental i have left, just in case you wanted to know i use bramhall exchange
