Hello, i signed up to switch broadband from onetel to Orange 8mb so a 9 days ago i get MAC code and give it to Orange then i recieve the email saying it can take up till ten days to get switched over but thats the last i've heard , no livebox no more emails nothing so is this normal or do i have a problem?
