the connection cutting off especially in the evenings, constantly.
I believe it is due to Orange selling too much bandwidth but have no capacity to back it up.
Has anyone who's had the same problem had the problem fixed? If so, how?
If you lose sync then that shouldn't be lack of bandwidth. I don't know for certain but if there was practically no bandwidth then it should still sync but just not be able to transfer data.
