Its an Orange problem as usual i cannot send with my popfreeserve address using oe i cannot send to hotmail or msn addresses using oe or from the Orange web page but they go instantly from my googlemail soooo its time for me to start changing addresses in anticipation of be coming to my exchange this month.They are certainly making a mess of things aren't they
I am sure Outlook Express is not the problem, although the helpdesk will say it is. I use "Incredimail" and have done for years. With Freeserve/Wanadoo is was never a problem. It is only a recent Orange thing !!!!
Still the same old problems again today I see.

It amazes me how Orange can afford to loose so many customers.
What trick will they use next to increase their customer database. Last time it was giving it away with a contract phone. That scam replaced the customers that had left as a result of early LLU problems.
Here we are 18 months on and they still have not sorted out LLU.
Although I have been able to send email's for the past five minutes (@ 13.15 gmt) I don't expect it to be too long before they fail again.
I am seriously thinking about changing ISP but use certain "freeserve" email addresses for my business. Whilst I also have an email address through my website I would still like to keep the "@freeserve.co.uk" email just in case. I rarely send using this account but often receive.
Is it possible to take email addresses to another ISP ???
Anyone know, I am not to up on these issues. I have never had the need as when it was "freeserve" I can honestly say I was very very happy with the service. Are you listening Orange ???!!!!
Well i use my fsnet.co.uk as my main address i have a fsmail.net as my junk collector neither of these will send to either my own msn or any friends msn addresses either, though if i keep trying the occasional one will got through.so i have now set myself up 2 googlemail addresses with the same beginnings as my Orange ones if you know what i mean.easy to remember still now.
I still cannot send. I have been trying since 10.00am this morning.
I emailed Orange yesterday via webmail for an explanation but have not received a reply. I have now demanded they reply with an explanation and an apology for taking my money each month but not giving me the service I am paying for.
I have now had enough. Loyalty does not count with this tinpot company.
I am now searching for another ISP.
I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY IS ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
There must be someone who can step in and sort them out, surely because it has been going on for long enough.
Had it with Orange now. The "migration" supposedly finished yesterday but still this arrogant and pathetic company cannot sort things out.
Anyone recommend a decent ISP. I do not download music etc and the 1MB contract I have/had with Freeserve etc was more than sufficient. All I really do is send (when Orange allows) and receive emails and browse the net. Currently paying £17.99 to these cowboys.
Hope to hear recommendations for a decent ISP soon.
Although today all day I have been able to send emails. I too am looking for another ISP and I hope to have changed by next week.
I expect tomorrow I won't be able to send emails again. I have contacted Orange via my webmail account to ask for an explanation, apology and either compensation or a reduction in my monthly subscription. I also told them how I felt about their treatment of their once loyal customers. I have been with Orange for nearly 10 years. I have not received a reply which doesn't surprise me.
It's now 21:00 hrs and I can send emails. Not a lot of use when you are trying to run a business during the day.
If you find a decent ISP please let me know
I think they must be doing something that allows only a small percentage of people to use the server at any one time. As someone said on a different forum page, Orange are little boys trying to do a man's job.
The future will be great when it isn't Orange !!!!
