Hi Everyone, around boxing day i think it was i was looking on my Members Centre and i noticed that my Price for my broadband had changed from £12.99 to £22.99! why has this happened?? iv noticed though on my Statements before that it used to say that it was £22.99 and then underneath it minuses down to £12.99, I'm going to see what it says on my next statement when i get it through my email, on members centre before it used to say "Wanadoo staff offer fastest speed at 12.99 a month 6GB cap" but now it just says "Broadband fastest speed at £22.99 a month 6GB cap" any help would be appreciated, Thanks - Liam
here is what it now says on members centre,
"Your current broadband package is:
Broadband at £22.99 fastest speed 6GB cap
You can change to:
Changing your package means you'll be starting a new 12 month contract from the date your package change has completed. We'll email you to confirm the change.
If you signed up for broadband at an Orange shop, or at a high street shop like Woolworths, you'll loose your 6 or 12 month pre-paid entitlement if you decide to change your broadband package.
Broadband Starter - £14.99 a month, up to 2 Meg speed and 2GB usage allowance and 12 month contract
Broadband Unlimited - £19.99 a month, up to 8 Meg speed, Talk service and unlimited use (fair use policy applies) and 12 month contract
If you move to Broadband Starter your speed will be changed to 2 Meg. You'll lose your talk service if you have it. Lastly, if you have a Livebox you'll need to return it. "
As Sol said, I believe that you have to reapply for the staff offer every 12 months. Sounds about the right timeframe too as it's been well over 6 months since the 6gig package was selectable.
