I don't understand why but my teliphone only works outbound through the live-box. Inbound I get line unavailable and up and down tones.
Three extra teliphone/live-box connectors, reset the live-box and a complete reinstalation of the Orange/live-box programme, NO CHANGE.
Orange know all about it, it's been going on now for in excess of 3 MONTHS, they still can't fix it and have no idea when they can
Latest mis-info from them is that the problem is in FRANCE
What an abysmal state of affairs that a multinational, multimillion pound TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANYand I use that term reservedly, can not fix a telephone communications problem
I bet if this happened in France they would not be out burning trucks and sheep more like Oranges offices!
