Hey all,

I hope someone can help on this.

I've got 2 wireless pc's ones a desktop pc with windows xp, the other is a laptop with Vista installed.

I've got the WEP from the livebox with the copy and paste. I try to connect to the Livebox thats shown in the wireless connections, but when I click on connect and it asks for the wep I paste in the key and it states timeout.

Before you ask I have pressed the 1 to put the livebox into pairing mode, but it just keeps coming up with timeout.

Any help would be grateful.

Within the livebox conifg...
Configuration > Advanced > Wireless
Try setting it to WPA only waiting for it to settle and connect again. If that doesn't help try WEP only instead.
