It's not worked since i started on November 1st .I have been asked to ring back in nearly every day .Spoke to India, Rotherham, Middlesborough and 95% of the staff do not know what they are doing. My 18mth contract is null and void cause ive had no service and im going back to NTL 10 Meg and to tech support who can call themselves that. Happy Days Mad
