GRRR Me and my family have been with Orange for about 4/5 months, and WE HATE IT. We are on the 18 month contract and I wanna know if we can cancel? Because when we called them and tried to request a MAC code, they said we cannot do that and hanged up! I was furious! Any help? Thanks for any replies x

No wonder Orange are at the bottom of the pile.
Its a shame they didn't have the courtesy in telling them that as they usually get great pleasure in telling people how much they have to pay to get out of their contract, just hanging up is plain rude the people that train Orange staff should be sacked (thats if they get trained at all lol).
As Keith said they cannot refuse you a MAC wether in contract or not if they refuse they have broke the law.

As stated in the posts above - Orange are breaking the law.
If you contact ISPA and OFCOM about your issues then they usually help to get things moving.
Orange seem to think they can just rob I mean take money from people every month whilst providing little if any service.
Contracts work both ways and they are oblivious to this it would seem.
