Avoid Wanadoo's Inventel ones. Had serious issues with my signal varying anywhere from 1.0mbps to 36mbps. From a livebox 15 feet away at most. Discussed the problem with an engineer at work and basically they are of a design that is completely unsuitable for receiving radio signals unless they are directly facing the box flat face on.
Oh it works now that ive moved it to that position and uninstalled inventels slow intrusive wireless manager. Just having it sellotaped at an angle to the front of my desk aint that ideal.
Buy a linksys one, or even a belkin and uninstall the wanadoo software. much better.
