Ive finally been told something. The reason for my abysmal speed is because LLU has been put on my exchange. Apparently it has made all their high speed lines stop at half a meg. Unbelieveable.

Im on the MAX package so should be getting 8meg. Stats look like im capable of the whole hog...but not to be.
Who told you that????? I have exactly the same problem, stuck on 608 Kbps although I have noticed that when downloading files with using leechget download speed can peak at almost twice that then gets throttled back before peaking again. This is very frustrating when I should be getting close to 8Mb.
