We've logged more than 70 calls with Wanadoo tech support but have made no progress in identifying the problem
Basically the connection will work for about an hour and then constantly disconnect and reconnect for 15 minutes or so. This makes the connection virtually worthless for me as I need a constant connection.
We are at our wits end with Wanadoo and don't know what else to do, so disappointed.
well once a years up then simply cancel your connection with wanadoo, request a MAC code and move to a proper ISP
you could also try asking wanadoo to refund the cost of all the "support" calls
well if they are the same filters that wanadoo gave you, they are possible some of the best in the industry. Thompson have been around for years and make good filters. Just make sure that you are filtering every connection around your house and dont use extension lines unless they are specifically for broadband signals
