Over the last two weeks I've experienced very slow connection speeds. When I called the Orange line to find out if there were any line problems the recorded message said that it was caused by the popularity of Orange's products (thanks - good to know).
I emailed Orange to ask when this would be fixed, and the reply just directed me to a page on how to fix a slow connection with my computer. Completely useless, unthoughful, unhelpful and stupid.
Anyone else have the same thing recently? I'm in Hertford on an 8MB connection. it did this a bit last year, so I'm thinking of leaving Orange.
