1st the good news, the customer service must be improving as i've had very quick replies regarding two emails i sent. The 1st was asking about the upgrades old customers (wanadoo etc.) were entitled to. The reply i got two days later saying i am entitled to a free upgrade provided i agree to a new 12 month contract. So i replied saying we was told we'd be automactically upgraded when our line could support 8mb (march). I then got another reply saying they are not doing upgrades unless you apply through the member centre and agree to another 12 months of lies.
I pointed out i'd be very reluctant like most when they cannot keep to their terms!
