After a week of me telling umpteen people at the customer tennis tournament lines that I had a non connection problem with everything on my side including my BT line being all ok they had been logging it as a slow speed connection. After a call from an english speaking rep my complaint was closed and reopened as a non connection!
It would seem Orange are employing the sub mental to deal with the s hit they have created for themselves and their customers!

How long do you expect to live and have you a large hardrive to storeit all
I would be interested to know what percentage of the people answering the phones in the call centres have actually seen a livebox, I would bet less than half given my experiences of conversing with them.

Draw a box. Enter text in the box along the lines of. 'Can you power down your equipment?', 'What is the MAC address of the livebox?', 'What is the Serial no?', Etc. You get he picture. From the the bottom of this box take a line to a decision box saying 'are you frustrated with our response yet'. Return both the 'yes' and 'no' outputs from this box to the input of the first. I don't think this will be very original though as it's currently being used at Orange.
