i've upgraded from 2meg to 3meg but like loads of other people its going much slower than before!!
when it was 2meg it would always download at the full 200kb per second and on 3meg it sometimes downloads at 300kbps but only somtimes!! In peak times it will go down to around 40kbps! It never did this when i was on 2meg!
Those stats look ok although a couple of things jump out. You're on ADSL Max, the noise margin looks like it could allow the connection to possibly go a little faster. Problem is it's showing interleave as turned on, indicating stability problems with the connection or some previous fault.
At what time were those stats taken and are you out of the 10 day period yet? If you're within 10 days of being on ADSL Max the speed problems may just be temporary and go away itself.
One thing to check would be to try connecting through the test socket if you're able to in order to rule out wiring as posts on here have shown it can be a major cause of problems.
