I recently recieved my live box from Orange and set it up. However i am unable to connect to the internet through it. At the username / password screen it as unable to connect yet the internet connection symbol at the bottom right says connected (only 2.2Mbs though, my speedtouch connection is 6Mbs and works fine)

any ideas as to why this is will be appreciated.
