Does anyone know whether, when you have a line fault, Orange or BT engineers are sent to fix it? One minute Orange tell me it's their own engineers, the next they say it's BT, does anyone have a definitive answer?
BTW, excellent site with very helpful people. Some of the issues I've read make my 4 weeks without BB seem trivial. Well done to Admin for having the balls to set the site up, without it people like me would be completly lost.[/i]
