Orange kept delaying my MAC to leave and the last expensive phone call i made they said it would be another 10 days and said cant help no more and hung up so i filled in an online complaint form on the ISPA site here my MAC miraculously arrived within 2 hours in my inbox plus a telephone number of a Orange customer relations person to phone and give them the date of my migration so to cancel my account completely.

To be honest i dont blame the agents if they are told to keep customers from leaving and get commission its not the moneygrabbers who tell them to do it that dont get the backlash but come february it will all change when MACS are compulsary and FREE which Orange will soon start charging if you ask for a second MAC considering most MACS they give out are deliberately dud ones.
