Hey guys. I've had Orange Broadband for about 5 Months now. Its been nothing but problems.
If i am connected to the internet via the livebox I cannot access certain websites like ebay or myspace etc. And any other websites i connect to are slow and often do not load the pictures or graphics.
However i have a computer upstairs connected wirelessly to the livebox and it works fine!
If i want to access any of these sites i have to connect via my old Speedtouch modem and then it works fine!!
If another PC works fine on wireless connected to the same livebox then it's going to be something on the PC itself causing the problem. Possibly a virus, spyware, anti-virus, firewall, internet explorer problem or some windows error/corruption.
Different connections can have different settings applied to them suggesting more towards some software on the PC causing it.
fujiwara - I had similar problems when I first got my livebox which were resolved by turning off the firewall in the box which may have been interferring with my existing firewall.
