HI,
I have been asked by a neighbour to have a look at her PC, She has recently installed Orange Broadband and it was fine for a week.

Now it has stopped downloading after about 5% of the download, if she enters for instance www.ebay.co.uk after a few minutes the Orange search page opens showing links to all things Ebay related. Other websites just fail to load.

She does not have a firewall installed, she has AVG7, adaware and spybot, I have run these with the one week old definitions and found nothing but when you try to download the latest definitions they hang at 5%.

Her email runs ok.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
