new livebox - no second line....
connect up my old one....second line still there
member website - second line status "active"
customer service - "may take 8-9days for new livebox to automatically update".....rubbish...
any help?

Once you've set up your Livebox, To make and receive calls you need to call 0800 975 0585.
Then key in your home telephone number, followed by the hash (#) key.
Your second phone line will be activated within 48 hrs of you doing this, and you'll receive an email confirming your second line phone number.
Once you get the email just switch your Livebox off and on again at the power socket. After a minute the phone symbol on top of your Livebox will light up and you'll be ready to make calls via the internet.
(The Member Centre will still have your old second line enabled, but this won't work on the new Livebox due to it having a different serial number and MAC address. They will need to deactivate the first Livebox's 2nd line, then they can update their systems with your new Livebox details and enable the second line on the new Livebox )

OK thanks - did all that , I guess I just need to be patient... but 8-9days as quoted by the tech chappy, come on that is silly.
will hold onto the old livebox until it gets sorted (unless I get near my 28day returns deadline)....
