Orange Accounts sent me an e-mail in December stating....."We've also had to suspend your service, which means you won't be able to get online at the moment." So why did they send an e-mail telling me this after they had suspended my service?????? F'in idiots!!!!!
I only picked this up later in December when I moved to NTL and could receive an internet service! of which Orange had failed to do since September.
They live on a totally different planet. CANCEL your direct debit NOW!
