After my last failed attempt at migrating to IDNet, they tell me that issues surrounding Orange LLU MACs have now been solved. Of course my old MAC code expired 3 weeks ago, so I just called for a new one.
Now the last one took several calls to CS, and two complaints to ISPA to get. I have warned Orange that if I have to complain to ISPA again I'll go straight to level 3 escalation. Their response, I can have free McAfee AV (Now why on earth I'd want that when my PC is already tight as a drum with unbloated, free software I don't know - but hey ho).
New MAC promised within 48 hours by email. Let's see, shall we.
