Im going mad. I have spent hours being passed from so called customer support to technical support, ach saying its the others problem. Basically they wont recognise my acount or password. they wont recognise my post code either. no one can help me. I was actually told to write to them because they could not contact thier own head office by either phoe or email. They are a mutlinational telcommunications business aren't they? One of the supervisors even told me that i was willing to take his advice he woud cut me off. His advice was, and I quote "no one can help you"
If it's an FSMail webmail account then there's nothing tech can do, they can only suggest you retrieve it by postcode and if doesn't work there is no other solution than to make a new account.
