Right i switched to "free broadband (lol) " in July Orange continued to take my broadband payment for 4 months they are now not taking it but have promised me a refund 4 (yes 4) seperate times on the phone.
What the hell do i do to get this money back please?

You could ask your bank to refund the money under the DD guarantee scheme to which they and Orange subscribe.

As mentioned above, do consider taking them to the small claims court. Orange owed my father money and he filled in the small claims court forms to try and get it back. It never actually ended up going to court as Orange paid up before it got that far.

which is the Communications & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme. Orange are a member of this scheme so you could use them to argue your case if you meet their criteria.
