I find it impossible to change my personal greeting on voicemail - it says its saved but then when someone calls me its back to the old message - anyone had/solved this problem?
I've had a livebox since September 06 and as far as internet connection goes it's been fine. Sadly I can't say the same about the talk service and voicemail. On a few occasions I've had a call just cut off and as for voicemail, this is so unreliable that it's virtually useless. I was able initially to set up my own outgoing message but it was not always heard by incoming callers (sometimes just Orange's own system message). I've been away for a few weeks and had disconnected the live box. On return I couldn't get the talk light to come on at all, after a call to Orange and going through a couple of disconnect & connect excercises it worked again (apparently the IP address it picks up must begin with 84 for talk to work). However, I can't now use a personalised OGM, even though everything seems to suggest I've recorded and saved it, only the standard Talk system message is heard when calling. Be interested to hear if anyone's been able to solve this problem.
I'm not even sure how you use the voicemail service, how do you get to access and/or delete the message?
Also the line seems to be making a squiggly type noise when someone picks the phone up since I left a message on answerphone, does this indicate that I have a voicemail or is it just a coincidence?

The noise you're hearing when you lift the receiver indicates you have voicemail, just dial 120 to access it. When you do this you'll also hear some options for recording your own personalised message etc.. Good luck !
I *think* you can change the divert delay online, though the other options on that page do not - and possibly will not - work. CS are aware of the voicemail problem but that seems to be the extent of it.
