I've just got my Orange wireless router and have my phone number for VoIP, but I can't seem to get the number to work. When I dial it (from a mobile) I just get an unobtainable tone. I can dial out ok, which is all I wanted really, but I would like to know why the number doesn't work. Any ideas...
Also, when/if you make a chargable call where do you pay for it? Is it added to your Direct Debit? and how much does it cost someone else to dial your VoIP number?

I've got the same problem, i got my new Orange number on the 21st and the light is on-on my livebox, but I CAN CALL OUT, BUT I CANT CALL IT - thing wont connect?!
