Right just got my livebox working (yeah) and I am now trying to connect my portable to the Livebox, i have set my WPA key to a simple value so i cant mess it up.

I have tried the inbuilt wifi card (toshiba a120 INTEL PRO 3945ABG), XP askes me for the WPA key, input it and the machine just goes to "aquiring address".

As that did not work put in my Netgear WG511 card and exacty the same problem?

any help, Orange just say i need to talk to my card vendor!!1

Sorted, was the fact that the livebox was using wpa and my pc was using wep

now connected
