Day 12 Orange rang up to see if all was ok - Reply: Yes although phone not switched on yet but still within 7 day period. By midnight phone was working.
I've got to say they got it exactly right this time.

Originally they only gave us a speed of 1mb.
We asked for upgrade and were told up to 3.5mb. New 12 month contract.
Day 13 and speed test shows were are over 4mb. This is through BT Max system, so just starting 10 day test period.
They appear to be under promising and over delivering now. Where in past they said up to 8 and people were upset at 4, they say 3.5 and you get 4, so you are happy - clever.
