I wrote on the forum about a week or so ago about the problems I was having setting up brodband, since then I've had a line test and a fault was found, I was then told to ring back in 4 days, which I did only to be told to ring back in 3 days, they told me everything was fixed but alas still no broadband. I've been told they're referring it back to BT and to ring back tomorrow.
Basically my query is if they do not provide broadband within a certain amount of time am I entitled to cancel at no cost? I'm so sick of them, I'd be willing to pay to cancel but not the £168 they quoted me!
Also is there a phone number to complain to? I only seem to be able to find postal addresses.
