Im using the 1.1mbps package, and since wednesday, me and a friend who live in the same area (in scotland) have had incredibly slow connection, getting pings of up to 4000ms on games such as world of warcraft, and pages, even google, taking minutes to load instead of seconds.
This gets very stressful after coming home from work and trying to simply look things up.
i understand that some of you have had this problem also, but how long has it lasted? If longer than a week then i'm considering switching services.
