i posted a topic on here the other week bout the sale and supply of goods and services act 1982 regarding not receiving the free broadband with a £35 phone contract, just to let people know that i received a phone call on Tuesday from Orange to say that i had the right to cancel my contract by not receiving my free broadband which was part of the contract. So i happily cancelled they sent out the Jiffy bag the next day and my phone has gone back to Orange and my Direct Debit has been cancelled so if anyone is in the same boat as me and people are saying oooh sorry you cant cancel you are in an 12-18 month contract, if you are failing to receive a broadband service and its free with a £30 monthly tariff you can cancel....its nonsense you just need to know your rights.
