Surely it is illegal for Orange to claim ownership of a Customer Services Dept?
Their latest LLU rollouts apparently have caused more problems than the TalkTalk launch.
Across the Country there have been
1. loss of BB service for several weeks
2. transient disconnections
3. unexpected low connection speeds
Explanation
"there is a fault on your line"
Remedy
"call back in 48 hr to 0870..."
Callback in 48 hr since CS won't call you
No result for line test "Call back in 48 hr on 0870..."
"When are engineers scheduled to visit exchange?"
"The fault has been reported, no results received Call back in 48 hrs"
