I have just read in the latest computeractive that MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM have forums to write to about your isp woes so everyone on this site with any complaints should visit this site as could warn off any poor unsuspecting MUGS who might be considering buying Orange BLOODY BROADBAND. THIS IS A COPY OF MY POSTING ON THERE. I have misfortune to have Orange broadband and their ability to keep a stable connection and their customer service are P--S POOR to say the very least.
I have to put up with being cut off anything up DOZEN times in an hour every bloody evening sometimes we lose the broadband for the whole evening or even sometimes days on end normally at the weekend I note.
I have tried to contact Orange twice by Email I am still awaiting a reply to one or both of them,WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY ANY Orange PRODUCTS BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS GRAB YOUR MONEY ANYWAY THEY CAN AND TOUGH IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM THEY DONT GIVE A TO-S!!!!!!
