They can send all their customers emails informing them of changes in the terms of conditions, but why can't they send an email to all explaining the problems a lot of people are having since the switch over to LLU, and what they intend to do in the way of compensation and/or what work they intend to do to rectify such problems.
I have had numerous problems with connection speeds and constant disconnections for a few weeks now, it has come to the stage where the experience of using the internet is no longer fun with Wanadoo as the provider (not that it ever was) I think Wanadoo should be seen to be doing something, if not, made to do something.
I don't have a contract with them anymore, but to get my MAC code means me having to have no internet service for a few weeks, but I really can't see no option as I think Wanadoo have really messed up big time, and I can't see it getting any better.
