I was round my brothers flat today to install his Wanadoo Broadband, and thought it would take 30mins ( was i wrong!).
I am an IT Graduate and know my stuff about computers but could I get the modem drivers to install, not a chance - I must of done 4 different ways to try to install them, but not a sausage.
We even phoned their Customer Services up to see if they could help, but it would have been better to ask his two goldfish for help!
What Im writing this post for is to ask how can I get these drivers for the Thompson Speedtouch 330 modem to install.
Ive run the installation CD, and got up to Step 4 (which asks to plug in the modem) so I did, it then built up the driver database and reconised it was a 330 usb modem. however it couldnt find the right drivers for it, and so the installation stoped at stage 4 as the hardware driver wizard kept going round in a loop and keeping asking me for the drivers.
Is there a way to stop this from happening and actually install the drivers!
Either try the drivers from the page Wildthing posted or try uninstalling via the device manager and reconnect the modem, hopefully it'll pickup the right drivers then.
