I noticed after i installed my "livebox" (crappy marketing bs name for "modem"). that it says "Provided by Orange UK" at the top of Internet Retarded Explorer (not that i use that rubbish). I only use ie to check if my websites work in the pile of rubbish, but they the f**** do Orange think they can place jusnk on our computers, i looked to see where this s**t* is comming from but i couldn't find it in the program files or application data etc. so its obviously been made obscure so that users cant remove this, worse still i keep getting my firewall warning me about connections to obscure websites and ips, eg: "ffdffddddfff.bbalddd.tv" is one example, BUT, after i installed the modem on another, isolated, computer which had no internet access, i kept getting similar warnings except it was saying that there was no internet connection so it could not access the websites.
. . . Does anyone know how to remove "Provided by Orange uk"
Another problem:
Orange see it fit to cache site files on their servers, so, when a resource at an URL is updated, orange sends the cached one.... so i cant see how my website actually works when i do the final tests and evaluations once its up on the web after some modifications - i get the un-modified one
