Does anyone know how to actually get Wanadoo to release the MAC code?
I've been waiting over 3 weeks - wanadoo just delay - the only way I can get an actual forecast is by phoning - but then they just say 2 days.
They seem reluctant to commit by email - or maybe they are making money on the phones.
How do you go about complaining to OFCOM - does it improve anything?
You can seek compensation via adjudication from Cisas. I have the forms from them and I'm seeing if anyone here wants to consider seeking compensation as a group. I've already posted this in the Complain to Ofcom section (there's more info on that post) but I'm going to answer a couple of specific posts like yours in case people miss the other post.
Maybe I need to start a new section. If I can work out how to do that I'll give it a go. Feel free to PM anyway.

Yep I've checked my messages now! Happy to coordinate this and to get the ball rolling. Anyone with LLU issues and fault resolution issues who wants to seek compensation from Wanadoo, feel free to PM me if you're interested in joining the class action.
Also: someone mentioned the ISPA is preparing a report on this problem. If anyone knows what the implications may be (ie they may recommend standard compensation, which would mean we should try another angle) please let me know.
