ive been a member for 7 yrs now and went on broadband as soon as it was announced 1gb connection £27 mth unlimited d/l. now i applied for the 2 gig d/l speed but was told it aint in my area thats strange as me neighbour next door who subscibed 5 mths ago is on it and me 7 years been with them aint . iv been told to sit and wait till a email arrives telling me my phone line is upgraded . i just wanna say if yr looking for b/b connection stay away from these ***cks as theyre not very good at doing there job ect long awaitted existing members got there money stuff them lets look after new suckers i mean new members once uv joined up yr 1 year contract youl be stuffed like the rest of us forgotten. signed one ****ed off customer probably ex customer gonna broadcast this around the net this has got me goaty up
try going to BT.com and seeing what speed their site says you can achive, you may just be really unlucky and be that 20 yeard further from the exchange and therefore over the cut off point...
