I subscribed to wanadoo 2 years ago and had a 1mb line which worked fine. A few months ago, my line speed increased to 7.6mb. This was fine for a while but since Saturday my connection has ground to a halt. Download speed hits a maximum of 15kbps! Internet slower than dialup!
I rang Orange customer care who said I should download a modem optimiser. I did but it has made no difference. Customer services said my speedtouch is not good enough and I should get a livebox.
Why should I, when up until Saturday my modem was working fine? What has happened to my connection?
